FAQs
Is this poster real? Is it a 1st edition, first printing or original printing? Are these reprints?
Congratulations you are buying a real legit piece of art! We do not sell knock off's, fakes or photocopied art. Sold Out Posters is a real legit store in Englewood, CO just outside of Denver that specializes in Limited Edition Posters and Artwork. We purchase direct from artists or from reputable art dealers/collectors. The majority of our posters are 1st editions, rare AP's (artist proof's), HPM's (hand painted medium), OG's (originals) and variants (often a smaller edition and on a different paper or with different coloring). A lot of our posters are hand signed and numbered by the poster artist. Some 2nd edition or repro posters (very few) will be clearly marked in the item description. Check the item description and let us know if you have any questions. Your purchase is 100% protected through PayPal's money back guarantee and our 100% no questions asked return policy.

How do you package the poster? Do you know how to ship a tube?
All posters/prints are shipped and professionally packaged in high quality mailing tubes carefully rolled in kraft paper. While most everything we ship will arrive in a thick three inch poster tube, all of our posters and art work are stored flat and we recommend you do so as well. We take great care in packaging and you should have no worries about receiving your item in good condition. Certain items will ship flat, those items are noted in their descriptions. If you have any question as to how we store our posters, check out our blog post on Proper Storage of Artwork and Limited Edition Posters.
What if my poster is damaged in shipping?
In the event the buyer receives a damaged product; it can be returned for a full refund or be replaced with a replacement print, at the discretion of a buyer. It is important that you immediately contact us and notify us of receiving a damaged product so that we can open a case with USPS. Please document the package as well as your item by taking a few pictures. Please do not discard the packaging as USPS will sometimes want to inspect it. We ask that you notify us of any damage within 1-2 days of receiving the package.
How long do I have to make a return?
We allow the buyer one week from the time of delivery to let us know they will be returning an item due to condition issues or if the product was found to be misrepresented in any way. Buyer pays return shipping. Restocking fee may apply for certain products.
I received my tracking info but it's not updating, have you shipped the poster? I haven't received my poster yet, where is it?
Once you receive your tracking number, your item has been packaged and shipped. USPS picks up our orders daily and sometimes due to volume, the post office does not scan everything in. Sometimes you will not see any tracking information updated until the package is received at a sorting facility which is often the same day it goes "out for delivery."
When should I contact you about not receiving my package?
Feel free to shoot us an email anytime! Keep in mind though we can't start a claim with USPS within the first 15 days or after 60 days. So if we're in the first two weeks please be patient as USPS does experience delays during peak times. After 15 days please do not hesitate to contact us!
Where do you get your posters?
We buy 90% of the posters you see on the website directly from the artist. We also have sourced a select few posters from reputable collectors, art galleries, festivals and music venues.
