Shipping policy

Order Processing:
• Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). If you require expedited processing and or a guaranteed delivery date please contact us prior to placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
• The following shipping methods are available within the 48 contiguous states, Standard (4-6 business days), Priority (1-3 business days) and Priority Express (1 business day). Business days do not include weekends. Some items cannot be shipped using Priority Express due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

USPS Priority:
• Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 1-3 business days depending on delivery location. This does not include 1-3 day order processing time. USPS Priority mail is a non-guaranteed service which means 1-3 day shipping speed is only an estimate. If you are in need of a guaranteed delivery date please contact us prior to making your order. Priority includes tracking and $50 insurance for no additional charge. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and may be subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii may be excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Priority Express:
• Priority Express is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states will arrive in 1 business day. This does not include 1-3 day order processing time. Priority Express includes tracking and $100 insurance at no additional charge. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Signature Confirmation
• Some orders may require a signature at time of delivery. If signature is required, carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions
• Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a Currency Converter.
• Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a "gift" or with altered prices.
• International Orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment as we may need to consolidate items to one location for shipment.
• When International Shipping method is selected, orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice (USPS, DHL, or UPS).
• Some items may not be shipped to certain destinations due to restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or you may arrange to pick up in person at our store front by appointment.
